A plein air painter from the Central coast of California, Todd Anderson has shown in galleries throughout the state. He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara's Art Studio Honors Program and has been painting for over 25 years. Although the majority of his paintings focus on central California landscapes and urbanscapes, he has also chosen as subject matter rural and urban areas of the Oregon Coast, Idaho and the southwest deserts. From 1997 through 2002, Todd taught as a Master Artist for The Arts Fund High School Arts Mentorship Program, instructing high school students in a ten week course in drawing and landscape painting in Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and Lompoc, California.

Todd volunteers his time and talents, contributing his works for shows benefiting the Surf Rider Foundation, the Environmental Defense Center, the Sedgewick Nature Preserve, The Land Trust for Santa Barbara County, and the Contemporary Arts Forum. He has also been a guest artist of Santa Barbara's Oak Group. When he is not painting, Todd works on exhibit installations in Santa Barbara.
